Buffalo Veggie Burgers

Enjoy these organic veggie burgers on a Schar gluten free bun!  

1/2 cup steel cut oats

1 can organic black beans

1 cup chopped organic mushrooms

3 egg whites

1/2 teaspoon Wildtree Chipotle Lime Rub

1 teaspoon Wildtree Adobo Seasoning Blend

2 tablespoons Wildtree Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil

Soak oats in 1/2 cup hot water for 5 minutes.  Mash beans and combine with remaining ingredients except grapeseed oil.  Heat frying pan and drizzle 1 tablespoon of grapeseed oil in heated skillet.  Drop mounds of veggie mix in pan, flatten into patties and saute until brown on both sides.

Top with Blazin Buffalo Sauce:

1 cup blue cheese dressing

1 tablespoon Wildtree Blazin Buffalo Blend
